1) When will I receive my order?

The processing of your order takes a minimum of five business days. You will receive the tracking number via email once your order has been shipped, and you can expect delivery within 2-3 weeks.

2) Order Fulfillment Status 

If you have not created a shipping label for your order, your order will appear unfulfilled. Your order will be marked as fulfilled once this label has been created.

3) Returns & Cancellations Policy

Please note that all sales are final. A refund will only be issued for damaged/defective goods or goods that were not received correctly.

4) I Didn’t Get my Order, What Should I do?

After it has been shipped, it can take up to 25 business days to arrive. We will refund your money if the order doesn’t arrive within the specified timeframe.

5) Why have Some of the Products not Arrived Yet?

As a result of the shipping process we use, your order may arrive in two or three parts; please don’t freak out if you receive one item first. Orders will be delivered within the specified delivery time.

6) Can I cancel the Order if I Place it?

Once an order has been submitted, we are unable to cancel it since we cannot disrupt the warehouse team’s workflow process. Our goal is to dispatch orders efficiently to meet the expectations of our valued clients.

7) My order didn’t receive a confirmation email. Did it go through?

In this case, your order has been processed if you reach the confirmation page after purchasing and providing your order number and receipt.

If you did not receive an order confirmation email, then you entered the wrong email during checkout.

Contact us with your email address, first & last name, and the date of your order so we can resend your order confirmation.

8) Suppose I receive a wrong or damaged product. How should I proceed?

You must initiate all returns and/or exchanges here
-Within 30 days of delivery, we accept returns
-Returns must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
-Refunds are issued to the original method of payment used to place the order
-An exchange can only be requested for the same product in a different size
-Once a package arrives at our warehouse, we process returns and exchanges within a week

10) The payment methods available

Our payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. Locally issued cards without these logos will not be accepted by our global processing service, in which case PayPal is an alternative.

Your PayPal account can be funded using any of the growing list of payment methods available in your country. Using PayPal express, you can speed through checkout once you have funded your PayPal account.

Verification of orders

The currency

We will process your payment in your local currency whenever possible. Nevertheless, there are some limitations and special cases in which we may have to charge your credit card in Available currencies. The conversion is handled by your financial institution in those cases.
